Jaxson was born on August 5, 2015. Born with a rare congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome we began our journey at NY Presbyterian Hospital. After Jaxson passed away we decided to share her story of strength and be there for families who are living the same journey we did. Naturally we started in 2016 by donating Wubbanubs because of her love for the two she had, Frederick the frog and Patrick the dog.  

As a recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of others through our heartfelt efforts. Whether it is much needed hospital equipment, products the babies need, easing financial stress on the families, we are here to help.
